Double Dipping Rule
At the AGM there were some changes to the rule with juniors and seniors and Double Dipping. The following is the new rule:
It was voted at the AGM that those junior &/or senior members wishing to double dip, must now ALSO obtain an Open Membership at the Open cost of $55.00. If you purchased your membership during August 2007, you will have received both cards. We will need to receive the Open Membership fee for it to remain active.
If this rule applies to you and you are unsure of its meaning please contact your area director to clarify.
2. Purchasing Memberships
Memberships
may now be purchased at BCBRA Races. They will be activated at that time,
there is no longer a 14 day wait period. Please make sure you receive your
card from the arena manager at time of purchase.

Race Application Deadline
The Race Application Deadline has been changed to the 7th of the previous month. The change is due to the Rodeo Connection Newspaper Deadline.

Note to all Race Organizers
When applying for your Race Approval please make sure you use the new form
that is available on the this web site and make sure all information is
complete. Race Applications have been coming in on a variety of forms and
some not at all. With everyone using the same form your approvals will take
less time and less chance of error when processing the information. If you
are not able to download the form, just contact either Becky the circuit
secretary or Regan the newsletter director, all contact information is on
the Board of Director List. Thank you for you cooperation.
