Cheques or money orders are the ONLY acceptable payment for memberships. To insure your membership is in place prior to attending a race, please allow enough time for the postal system. The BCBRA is diligent in the processing of applications, BUT, the mailing process takes time. Applicants must consider the time required by the postal system to get the application to the BCBRA office AND the mailing of the attendance card.
Membership applications: As per our rulebook, it states "An individual is not a member of the BCBRA until his/her membership has been paid in full, including late fines, incorrect amounts sent for membership and any NSF charges." Therefore, if the amount is INCORRECT, this will delay the activation date. If you are unsure, please call your area director for clarity on fees.

Note to all Race Organizers
When applying for your Race Approval please make sure you use the new form
that is available on the this web site and make sure all information is
complete. Race Applications have been coming in on a variety of forms
and some not at all. With everyone using the same form your approvals
will take less time and less chance of error when processing the
information. If you are not able to download the form, just contact
either Lori the circuit
secretary or Regan the newsletter director, all contact information is on
the Board of Director List. Thank you for you cooperation.
