If you purchase your membership before January 31, 2012 you will receive a discount. 

Members wishing to purchase memberships may now do so by email transfer.  If you bank on-line, you may be able to transfer payment of your membership by email. You will have to check with your bank to see if it is part of the interac payment system. Please use the email address for the membership director only (currently barreladdiction@gmail.com)!

You may also direct deposit into the B.C.B.R.A. bank account. A copy of the receipt of deposit will be required for the Membership Director. Contact the membership director for further information.

Another change is the sending out of attendance cards. If you have an email address, we can email your attendance card instead of waiting for the postal system to deliver your card. You just need to print out the form on regular paper. 

Members have asked if the activation date could be sooner if they make payment by email transfer, direct deposit, or money order.  The answer is yes, however, we will still require a minimum of 7 days for processing from the time we receive both the payment and application.

If you prefer to pay by cheque and mail in your application, you will have to wait the 14 days for activation.  This will insure your membership is in place prior to attending a race.  Should you attend a race during the time of processing, you will still be required to pay the non-member fee.

Note to all Race Organizers
When applying for your Race Approval please make sure you use the new form that is available on the this web site and make sure all information is complete.  With everyone using the same form your approvals will take less time and less chance of error when processing the information

We have tried to simplify the processing of the form.  You can now download this form to a computer, fill in the blanks (the document is automatically set up to tab to the individual boxes required for information). All that is required is once you have completed all the necessary information, then all you need to do is “save” the document and forward by email as an “attachment” to the Circuit Secretary, Dolly Gunn at dgunn2011@gmail.com.

If you are not able to download the form to your computer, just contact either Dolly the circuit secretary or Tiffany the newsletter director, all contact information is on the Board of Director List.  Thank you for you cooperation.
