CASH payout after race
Anyone who has not paid will be charged a $10 late fee and must pay CASH AT THE EVENT-will be put at end of draw
? Refunds are only available if a VET NOTE is provided
? Refunds will be provided in full if PGRA must cancel the event
? If you are not a BCBRA Member you will be charged a $5 non-member fee
Riders can enter the holding pen no earlier than 12:30 pm
You Can NOT enter arena till 1:00pm
15 min warm up from 1:00-1:15 so plz be ready , race will start right after warm up!

COVID PROTOCOL
Please be aware that we must adhere to the guidelines of the civic facility
1. You must provide a vaccine passport to scan upon arrival. This includes parents/helpers and riders. The yellow forms are no longer accepted.
2. Masks must always be worn unless you are on a horse and in the arena. You must wear a mask in the holding area even if you are on a horse.
3. No spectators at this time. Helpers/drivers are welcome to stay but must adhere all the same rules.
4. Must provide HCBC with entry. No exceptions.
