Considering BC’s current Fire situation, the Board did get together and discuss.
Our thoughts are with the many of you that have been impacted by these fires.
This past month has been an intense one ☹
Our hope is to proceed as intended for our September 17/18/19/20 dates.
Should we have to change the date due to current situation worsening our new dates
Would be October 9/10/11/12 remaining at JP Arena.
These decisions do not come lightly; we must consider our entire province as our members are spread out.
Undoubtedly some choices will have to be made and we understand that.
If people do enter and then can’t make the new date we would of course refund that amount.
There will be no buy-ins permitted.
We will assess again August 27/28th.
DRAWS for finals will be attached here when done:
Slack or trade outs will be accepted up to Tuesday September 15th at 5PM and NO HORSE changes after Friday September 11th 5PM.

$50 fee and please NOTE ~ there is NO Power you will need generator.
Don't forget to attend our AGM ~ THURSDAY Sept 17 5PM at Finals grounds

CBHI **If your horse is currently CBHI eligible you may enter the CBHI side pot and run for a piece of the $5,200 side pot ( split between 3 go's)
Western Fortunes ** Western Fortunes may be entered in the side pot for $12,500 (split between 3 go's & the average).
